We are seeking an apprentice technician who can perform basic maintenance repairs, winterization, and spring prep. No previous boating repair experience is required for the right candidate who is willing to train. All we ask for is a positive can-do attitude and basic mechanical aptitude. We fully support our technicians with training in the offseason, offering paid online courses, hands-on classes at LRCC Mercury University, and an in-house advanced mentoring program to accelerate careers. Winnisquam Marine & Winni Marine are seeking a dedicated individual to assist with preparing rentals and customers’ boats for winter storage. This role involves working outdoors by the lake, enjoying the scenic view while helping customers and the service team. Key responsibilities include pumping gas, bottom washing, assisting technicians with oil and filters, and other assigned tasks. This is a full-time, seasonal position offering 40-48 hours per week, running until November or early December. No experience is necessary as we are willing to provide training.
