Service Manager–Winnisquam Marine of Ossipee (formerly Ward’s Boat Show)

Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Service Department.
- Lead, coach, and support marine technicians and service personnel.
- Schedule service work and prioritize workloads to meet customer expectations.
- Review work orders and ensure work is completed accurately and efficiently.
- Work with Service Writers to make sure communicate with customers regarding estimates, repair recommendations, timelines, and completed work.
- Process and oversee manufacturer warranty claims.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Assist with seasonal operations including commissioning, winterization, storage, haul-outs, and deliveries.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Previous management experience in marine, automotive, RV, powersports, heavy equipment, or a related service industry.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
- Mechanical knowledge and understanding of marine systems preferred.
- Experience with service scheduling, estimating, and repair order management.
- Proficiency with computer systems
- Valid driver’s license required.
