Valet Dock Hand

Job Description

Winni Marine’s Valet Program provides top-notch service to boaters looking to make the most of their time on the lake. As a Valet Dock Hand, you will be responsible for assisting with the smooth and safe arrival and departure of boats at our valet docks. You’ll work closely with our fork truck operators and boat drivers to ensure boats are properly tied, customers are safely assisted on and off their boats, and the docks are kept clean and organized.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with docking and undocking boats at the valet docks
  • Tie up boats securely and safely
  • Help customers on and off boats
  • Maintain clean and orderly dock areas
  • Communicate with forklift and boat drivers to coordinate boat movements
  • Provide excellent customer service and create a friendly experience

Requirements

  • 18 years or older preferred; may consider 16- and 17-year-olds
  • Availability to work weekends and holidays (required)
  • Must be reliable, punctual, and a team player
  • Positive attitude
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced outdoor environment
