Job Description

Winni Marine’s Valet Program delivers top-notch service to families and individuals looking to make the most of their time on the lake. We take pride in creating memorable experiences for our guests, and we’re looking for dependable, skilled boat drivers to join our team.

About the Role:
As a Valet Boat Driver, you will be responsible for safely operating and docking boats ranging from 20ft to 28ft in length—including single-engine pontoons and fiberglass boats—at our valet docks. Our team of fork truck drivers will launch the boats into the water, and you’ll be the one who drives them to their designated slip.

Requirements:

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Confident and competent in driving a variety of boats
  • Able to work weekends (required)
  • Comfortable working around docks and watercraft

 This job is ideal for:
