04-09-17 5:30pm More of the Sunday Lake Winnisquam Ice Report. Here’s a view compliments of Ryan S looking North from the south end of the lake. Please notice Mohawk and the Bridge.

Excellent shots, thanks Ryan S. Here the ice is disappearing on the south end of the lake. It’s still in the bay between the Rt. 3 bridge and the passage by Mohawk Island. AND there’s ice heading out to the World Famous Lake Winnisquam Sand Bar (also visible 24/7 on our streaming webcam). All this ice is disappearing fast with the strong water flow with the spring runoff. The upper end of the lake is MUCH deeper and doesn’t get this strong spring runoff current. Boating for all of us is just around the corner. Maybe Easter Weekend. Winnisquam Marine is closed Easter Weekend. Please have an awesome weekend with family and friends…
