05-04-04 Still lots of snow up at Jay Peak. No boating up there yet. We noticed that Profile Lake in Franconia Notch was still iced in.
Lots of snow still on the ground at Cannon too. All the lakes in Pittsburg are still iced in too. Not here in the Lakes Region though, we’re ready to go BOATING…
04-24-18 OK, We jumped the gun. Sorry. No Ice-Out on Winnisquam yet. Zach made the trip up the lake and much to our surprise- It’s all ice past Pots Island.
We were thinking it was going to be clear all the way up, but there’s ice still hanging in there all the way across the lake past Pots Island. Bring on the rain and wind !!!!
