- Venue Name – The Boston Convention and Exhibition Center has been renamed the Thomas M. Menino Convention & Exhibition Center.
- Shoes – Wear easy slip-on, slip-off shoes. Most exhibitors require you to remove your shoes before stepping on boats. We hear all the time, “I wish I wore different shoes!”
- Jackets – We often see people carrying their coats around the entire show. There is a coat check, which makes it much easier to move around and look at boats comfortably.
- Bring Snacks – There is food at the show, but it can be a long walk or long lines to get it—especially if you’re bringing kids.
- Bringing Young Kids? – It can be fun for them, but if you are seriously shopping for a boat, you’ll need time to talk with a sales team member without interruptions. Designate one parent to watch the kids, or bring a friend or family member to help.
- Strollers & Young Kids – If you’re bringing young kids and planning to use a stroller, also bring a front-carrying pack. You’ll spend much of the day walking up docks and stepping onto boats from landing platforms, where strollers are not practical.
- Visit Us – Be sure to stop by Winnisquam Marine’s three booths featuring Bennington, Bayliner, and Monterey.
