12-29-17 Been very cold at Winnisquam. 0-15F daytime, 0- neg12 nightime. The lake is closing up. Soon it will be iced over. All kinds of ducks and loons are stopping by as the more northern lakes/ponds freeze up.
Soon, Winnisquam will be iced over too. Next week is a cold one too…
12-30-17 Jake and Liam getting Ice Eaters installed at Winnisquam Marine. Veeery cold out there and the ice is much thicker that usual.
But these guys and Bob at WOW teamed up and took care of installing several circulators. Good job guys!!
12-30-17 OK- It’s now official!! The Bay has frozen over and the gas dock at Winnisquam Marine on Winnipesaukee is now closed.

12-22-17 Ryan and Ed up top of an old deserted Ski Area. 20 to 30 inches of snow up there. And no lift lines to fight…
Not that ski areas are so busy that you have to wait in line anyways…
12-22-17 Gassing up at the Swift Diamond Riders Hut. They have 91 now. We were on our way to doing 160 miles for the day and Max had .6 gallons left in his tank !!!!

12-22-17 Tall Timber Lodge up in Pittsburg, NH. Awesome facility. Typically lots of snow up there. Just below the Canadian Border.
AND- they have the Rainbow Grille (as in Rainbow Trout). Awesome place-awesome food. You’re right on the trails heading into the mountains…

Yup, 2F. So we pulled the plug and have closed up the Marinas till 8am January 8th. No reason to hang around here…
