04-15-18 Crazy weather today. Windy and freezing rain all night. And more of the same ongoing right now. But the lake ice is developing cracks, moving a bit and is beginning to fail.
AND that’s all good. The lakes are beginning to clear out. Let the summer begin…
04-15-18 MAJOR CHINKS in the ice on Lake Winnisquam last night !!!! The area by where the Winnipesaukee River flow into Winnisquam is WIDE open overnight.
AND now there are random open spots around the lake!! Including right in front of Ed’s Camp. It is now the beginning of the end… OR the beginning of the beginning ???
03-14-18 The Lake Winnisquam ice is moving !!! Cracks and a couple open spots are visible !! It’s real black again !!
BUT- Sunday we’re going to see cold temps and freezing rain- Darn…

04-06-18 Late Friday we’re fixing up the new Ship’s Store at Winni Marine on Winnipesaukee and it’s snowing outside.
But that’s actually ok. That way we’ll have the time to make the new Ship’s Store- EXTRA SPECIAL !!!!

04-05-18 The Winnisquam Marine sales crew gets invited down to historic Lake X in Florida to test drive brand new Mercury Outboard product. We were the first dealers to tryout new outboard product that is changing the entire industry.
The entire Winnisquam crew had to sign nondisclosure statements- BUT we can tell you that we drove the brand new, naturally aspirated, V-6 Merc outboards and they were AWESOME !! Then we tested some other products that we even AWESOMER…. LIKE WAY AWESOMER…Â Stay tuned for additional updates on May 18th.
04-04-18 In one day a lot has happened on the Winnisquam !! The ice really turned black today.
Lots happening- melting, evaporating, shifting, cracking… A whole bunch going on !!!
