Assistant Service Writer

Job Description

Winnisquam Marine is seeking a Service Writer Assistant to join our team for the 2025 boating season, running from May 1st through the end of August. This is a seasonal, part-time position requiring availability 2 to 3 days per week, including Sundays and Mondays.

The ideal candidate is a college student or retired individual looking to be part of the boating community and gain experience in a fun, fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

As a Service Writer Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our busy and highly regarded marine service department. Responsibilities include answering phones, calling customers to inform them that their boat is ready for pick-up, assisting with Excel, communicating with customers via email and text, greeting customers, and cashing out work orders.

At Winnisquam Marine, we take pride in our dedicated service team and a loyal customer base of happy boaters. This position offers the chance to gain valuable experience in the marine industry while working lakeside at one of the most scenic spots in the area.
