Do you love boats, enjoy working with people, and like staying busy? Winnisquam Marine of Ossipee is looking for a motivated, organized, and energetic Full-Time Sales Assistant to support our sales team and help create an outstanding customer experience.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build a career in the marine industry. No previous boating experience is required—we’ll provide training!
Responsibilities
- Keep all new and pre-owned boat inventory clean, organized, and ready for customers.
- Ensure every boat has the correct pricing and information displayed.
- Assist the sales team with paperwork, scheduling, and coordinating new and pre-owned boat sales.
- Help prepare boats for customer deliveries.
- Assist with both on-land and on-water customer deliveries.
- Learn the features and benefits of our boat brands and products.
- Greet customers and answer basic questions until a salesperson is available.
- Maintain a professional and welcoming showroom and outdoor display area.
- Support the sales department with day-to-day tasks to keep operations running smoothly.
Qualifications
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Organized with strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors.
- Ability to lift and move boating accessories when needed.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Willingness to learn about boats and the marine industry.
