Dockhand – Belmont, NH
Winnisquam Marine is looking for a motivated Dockhand to join our team at our Belmont, NH location. If you enjoy working outdoors, being around boats, and staying active, this is a great opportunity to spend your summer on the water.
Responsibilities
- Check rental boats in and out for customers.
- Clean and prepare rental boats for the next customer.
- Assist with putting the rental fleet away for winter at the end of the season.
- Help wash boat bottoms during the fall haul-out season.
- Keep the docks, marina, and work areas clean and organized.
- Provide friendly customer service and assist with general marina operations.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years old (18+ preferred).
- Must be able to work weekends.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Positive attitude, dependable, and willing to work as part of a team.
- Boating experience is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right person.
